Indiana JBQ has been challenged to raise $1,000 for BGMC to help support a village medical clinic in the providence of Laos in Southeast Asia.
The people of the villages of Laos are subsistence farmers with very little to no access to medical attention. Medical services are so scarce that a man carried his 3 year old son 20 miles though jungles and mountains to have his son seen by a medical team. The cost to support a team to go into a village to tend to the medical needs and then share the love of Jesus is $1000 for each village they go to. We would like to see Indiana JBQ sponsor one medical team in one village this year.
We will have donation baskets at each JBQ meet through our state meet. For each donation your name will be put into a drawing to win a picture of scenes from Mexico.
We will also have candy sales available at the meets to raise money to meet our $1,000 goal.
Thanks for visiting the Indiana District JBQ website.
We hope you are able to find the information you need.
